Websites can take anywhere from 4-16 weeks depending on the package provided. Smaller sites can take as little as 4-6 weeks whereas more bespoke sites can take much longer.

We tend to find the biggest delays tend to happen with large product ranges that need pricing worked out. Other times it can be waiting for product photography, videos or the right copy to be created. We try and minimise this and try to be helpful where possible. to get your site launched on-time and without delay.

We like to ensure we are the right fit for our clients. This ensures a high-quality service. We want to be absolutely sure we can provide value and give each new client the tools to succeed online. Depending on the value of the project we only approve 2-3 new clients per month.

100% of the design and build work of our websites is completed by our in-house team in the UK. On the odd occasion, we need top-level programming support we rely on a few trusted UK developers that have worked with Lionsorbet for many years.

If we work with an existing framework or Shopify theme for instance we may rely on support from the team that built the original code. This is only on the very rare occasion that something isn’t working correctly that we cannot fix in-house and need some guidance.

It is very rare that your website will stop working. As long as you are paying the Shopify hosting charge your website will be active and online.

Sometimes display errors with particular website features can be picked up. This is generally noticed if the site is a few years old or if new devices or browsers are being introduced.

We offer between 14-60 days of free support for all issues (depending on your website package) once launched we offer a top-class Shopify support and maintenance package for ongoing peace of mind.

If you are not on a support plan and an error occurs within the first 12 months that we can fix quickly we will happily help free of charge. If it’s an issue that was caused by a third party, staff member, or an update to the site, or something totally out of our control or foresight then we will investigate, outline the issue and provide a cost to fix.
